well, some people advise me that it was not necessary to delete my ex from my contact list ..but, yet, it's almost a month since I broke up with my gf, aand each time, I see her online, I can't prevent talking to her and vice-versa..That really doesn't help me move on ..because, I am still waiting to see her online ...I tried to delete her, but I had to readd her, well, I can't completely disconnect ... I just want to find a way, to leave her on my contact list, and try to get over her at the sametime ..any idea ?

Why can't you be friends? Obviously you don't hate her, and you still enjoy talkng to her. Moving on doesn't always mean acting like the other person does not exist and finding a new mate. You should never burn your bridges with people anyway because you never know what the future holds. My advice to you is not to stop talking to her, but to avoid talking about romantic things with her. Let her know you're interested in her friendship now....that is, unless you do want to be with her--and if that is the case, perhaps you should talk to her about it and see if you can have another chance.

There is nothing wrong with making frens with your Ex Make that as a diversion while you move on and look for another partner, and soon, without knowing..shes gone in your heart n mind..
