Does anyone know where I can upload digital photos and ....?

I'm looking for somewhere where I can upload my digital photos and use a tool to tell me if they are good quality. Does anyone know a good site for this? Thank you

Take a look at DPReview.com. There are forums there where you can send you photos and get great help in suggesting ways to improve photographic quality. They are tough critics but they love to help. You can also evaluate new cameras and so forth. It's the best photographic toll on the web. The tool is the other users. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
