By learning how to replace envy with charitable thoughts instead. Depending on what kind of jealousy you have. If it's jealousy of "trust"? Then you have to ask yourself if you have grounds for it, or whether you are overreacting.
If you're overreacting, you will need to learn how to become more secure in yourself and start to believe it's ok to not live up to whatever ridiculous aspects you have of what you think you should be. NOBODY is perfect and everybody has insecurities, no matter how they may "seem".
Jealousy does equal a rather passionate person, so in a sense this maybe a tough side to your nature that you have to try and control. But do try and accept yourself more and if you feel these feelings, know many others struggle with it also.
It's hard to control, it's a real test for anybody. Often we are tested in life by the very weaknesses we each have. With you it's jealousy and little things will crop up to test that and challenge you on that very weakness. Whatever vanity, weakness we have, things in life that crop up will irritate that very problem we have and who is to blame? we are for our own pride.
We only get hurt and angry by things when mainly we are harbouring some inner vanity/pride/insecurity. And how many of us are guilty of that to some degree? most.
So you'll go through life having your ego pounded, expect it, because it will occur. We'll all have it and it's to shape you as you go through life, and anybody who you are jealous of (at the time), has or will have stuff coming their way also and may well be a repeat of what you are experiencing or worse.
You'd be quite astounded at the ways people are moulded throughout their life and you're no exception. I have the jealousy issue too! I don't know how to get rid of it, but I have to learn to look at other human beings as being as precious and worthy of love as I am myself.

Jealousy can depend on level and type, and since your asking in Singles & Dating section, this will be my answer:
-Figure out why are you jeolous. Is it really worth it to feel that way?
-If you know, then try seeing other people with same or better qualities. This might get ya' to forget.
-If you're STILL jealous, then I'm afraid there's nothing to do.
Like "puppy love" , jealousy is temporary, so you wont feel this way for a long time.

improve your self-worth and look at your achievements and not failures. You will begin appreciating others. Jealousy is a product of 'self pity' and can be controlled by being helpful to others. Life is not for destroying by the fire but for elevation by being of some service to others and thus to yourself too.

Well..Its gonna be hard but you have to...You know that you have to... Just put yourself in the other person's (who is making you jealous) place and think. You will understand. But still it will be difficult to stop feeling jealous. So you just think that you deserve better & you will get what you deserve sometime later. And also remember that feeling jealous is not gonna help nor would get you what you want.So good luck...

By accepting it. I know it sound weird, but some people don't acknowledge that they get jealous ( being angry & scared). It's a natural emotion and if accepted you can chose to take a positive & open mind approach when a jealous feeling comes along.

Try a little harder to consider the other persons feelings and stop concentrating so much on your own insecurities. Good Luck.

Don't think only of you.
Think how much you love others.
Focus on them.
What can you do to make them happy?
