In general, as my uncle used to say: What does age have to do with love? But then again, the fact that you need someone to guide you thru this process tells me you lack maturity, self assurance, ego strength, independent decisionmaking skills/capacity and some basic seasoning.

Age is really not the issue here. If it were, it is my opinion that as long as both people are of legal age, it doesn't matter what the difference in years is.
That aside, it sounds like you and these young ladies need time apart from each other to straighten out your heads and hearts. Going into a relationship in confusion about other issues is a sure way to doom it to failure.
Take time out, clear your head, get your work situation cleared up and then decide what you want to do.
I hope it gets better for you.
Good luck and best wishes

No - not too old at all. My parents were 16 difference. My wife and I are 3 years apart. 6 or 7 years is nothing that should cause any interference between you!
Happy Holiday, btw!

if u have started having such feelings you are but to me it is not the question of being old or young it is some sort of mis match at this particular state of time so never bother much things will auto matically set to the fittest position what ever these would be

only 7 years age gap,and you say am I too old? are you kidding? I know couples even with 12years and 20 years age gap.
Love has nothing with numbers, you know that.
So go on .go to her on foot and say something in you .
anything is ok if it comes out of your true self.

Sounds like you both need some time to clear your hearts for whoever will someday be that perfect someone. It's not a question of age.

7 year age difference is not too much --- if you both care for each other then you can make it work
