Who is Akbar? If you mean in which religion is the word Akbar used (as in the arabic language) Its Islam, even though in Arab countries they have bibles in Arabic and they use the name Allah for god so i dont know if they would use akbar (which means greatest) too.

Akbar founded the Din-i-Ilahi or the "Divine Faith" religion in which he vaguely tried to combine practices of Islam and Hinduism.

If you mean Akbar the Mughal king, The mughal kings themselves where muslims ! are'nt they ?

But Akbar was mostly known of his tolerance to other religions !
