i havent known this guy too long, we met thru mutual friends but i really like him, i think he might like me (not entirely sure) and he's going to my house for a get together in a few days. i want to be really flirty and let him know that i like him, but i dont want to be too showy or suggestive because he's quite shy and conservative... does any one know some good ways of getting that guys attention but not looking too out there ?

Be giggly and touch him alot, not in a perverted way, but when you laugh like brush his arm, or grab it, you know what i mean? Stuff like that is a strong hint that can be just confusing enough to be hot.

Show him extra attention. Offer to fix him a plate. Make sure he has something to drink each time his glass is empty. Cater to him. Don't be too flirty, you will look desperate. When you dance together, try to bring yourself a little closer to him. Show him interest. Ask him about his interests and aspirations in life. Hopefully he will understand. Suggest to him that you would like to keep in touch and you had a good time in his company but do not ask him for his phone number. Let him ask first. Good luck.

No words baby. Stand next to him. Bat yours eyes and sway a little. Stay near him and smile. look at his lips when he talks, then his eyes and smile. If he stops talking ask him where he might like to travel if he could and why. If he says something funny you can touch him on his hand, arm or chest. hit him softly on the arm and laugh when he says something funny
flip your hair and touch his arm when you're talking to him
say, "No, I'm not telling you who i like!" with a big smile on your face
ask him who he likes or who he would go out with seemingly interested.
go to the movies with a bunch of your friends and almost always next to him.
criticize him on a girl he likes.
let him catch you staring at him
play with his hair
know his phone number and address.
try and talk, and spend time with him as much as possible
