No one who is a true teacher, preacher, or whatever they like to be called are NOT going to be any benefit to God UNLESS HE CALLS them to be so. There are children who are 10n years old who are filled with the Holy Spirit and preaching, and ARE MORE MATURE in God's Word then some who have been doing it all their life. One MUST BE CALLED into service IF they are to be useful to God, and God knows the heart. Someone can memorize the whole Bible and use Scripture to talk a good talk, BUT THE WORD OF GOD STATES THAT "Judgment BEGINS at the House of The Lord", (paraphased) which means that one better be careful of what they say and where they lead someone as THEY WILL have to pay the price down the road for leading people astray. IT IS ALSO a duty of a child of God to go where they are being fed the Word of God UNLESS God has put them where they are FOR a reason.

In what religion, Christian, Baal, Satanism, or what? As for Christian, JWs have a basic knowledge of preaching in just 12-months. They are legal ministers when they get baptized, which only takes place only after a written test. In fact, it can be problematic at times, when a witness ends up in ICU where only family members and ministers are allowed to visit. Some times the elders have to remind the membership not to use their credentials to get in to see the one hospitalized.
