my boyfriend told me that he cant commit but will be friends with me and i cant accept it. but i saw him at the disco with a blond and im hurt, very hurt. please how do i get over him fast

I think he let you down nicely. Some aren't so nice. i.e. you catch him in bed with that very blond.
I would just cut my losses, realize that no matter how hard you try, he will never be that into you, and move on. Believe me, you are saving yourself years of heartache and pain.

You should go to a disco with a blond. If you keep thinking about him, you will never get over him. Date around and see what's out there.

exactly...he couldn't commit...thats why you seen him with a "blonde" (blonde in a disco are usually commitement free useless women with no brain) anyway he sounds like an asshole to me i can't stand that dont want to commit crap its just an excuse. what happens is they cut away and when their ready they expect you'll be there so if i were you delete his number off your phone and indulge in yourself, go out and enjoy the attention you get as a single girl...

Start a new life, hang out at new places and pick up a new hobby. If you keep going back to places that he's hanging out at, you'll find it difficult to get over him. Worse, your self esteem gets lower when you see him in the arms of other women. Tell yourself you don't deserve a two-timing jerk like him and from this moment forth, you are going to treat yourself right.

If he did this, he is not worth the hurt. I agree, you're a stunning girl, move on, choose wisley and take your time. Find a guy who would risk life and limb for you. They are out there, quite dating jerks, or little boys. Most guys now days are little whimps, morally corrupt and full of sht who think they know it all. Try going to church and meeting a decent fello.

Unfortunately you can't just make yourself get over him quickly. Time is the usually the best medicine until you find someone else that sweeps you off your feet. Then you'll forget about 'what's his name?' in a heartbeat. Tell him you have enough friends and move on. It'll happen...just enjoy yourself and have fun until then.
