Even if both are fictions Harry Potter is good for reading unlike bible

You're comparing the Bible against a book written by a woman who stole her children from France in violation of joint custody orders and denied her small children access to their father. Then, she endangered them by leaving them alone in her apartment for hours on end while she sipped coffee and write in peace with the bother of having the children around. She was just one minor accident away from being nothing more than a footnote on a police blotter. Fortunately for her children, nothing happened, but that doesn't change my opinion that she was a neglectful mother. She put her book above the safety of her children. If she wanted to write a book, all she had to do was allow her children to be with their father.

The bible is truth. But the Harry potter series is more of a fun read. An autobiography of Lincoln would be fascinating from a historical standpoint but I would probably more enjoy a good Stephen King novel. By the way, I am a Christian however, I can determine for myself what is fiction and what is not. And I find no shame in reading both.

HP (Harry Potter) is written by one person with professional interests.
Bible is written by many persons with goodness of mankind as target.
You hardly learn anything from HP
Many learning from each page of Bible.
HP is like fast food - without much nutrition and causes stomach problem and many side effects. Long use causes many incurable diseases.
Bible is like our staple food for body and soul. It helps us to live and grow.
Its people to decide which book to prefer.
