Take everything out of the middle ( giblets, heart, neckbone, etc) & place in small saucepan with just enough water to cover. Simmer over low while turkey bakes & use for making giblet gravy!!

Yes! You can put them in a saucepan, cover them in water and simmer while you're cooking the turkey. If you add the liquid (minus the bits - pour it through a seive!) to the juices in the turkey tray it really enhances the flavour of the gravy.

yes remove them, place in a pan with an onion, carrot and celery, bring to a boil then let simmer for a good hour. Use this with some of the water that you have boiled the vegetables in. this is a great stock.I then add a chicken cube.thicken with cornflour or flour. Put a little cold water to the flour, stir it till it is smooth then add to your stock. if you are useing bisto then omit the flour and chicken cube. ENJOY. EVERYONE HAVE A LOVELY DAY AND A GREAT NEW YEAR.

Yeh but nowadays so many people have left them in they come in nuclear proof plastic.
If you've got a cat or dog, leave em in and give em to your pet when you take the turkey out.
