Nothing can change your height that fast. If you were to grow that fast, it's probably going to stretch your knees so severely the skin will be torn. I have a friend who has gone through a late growth spurt, and turned from 150 centimeters to 170 centimeteres in a year. I don't know what happened, but that's FAST AS HELL. In fact, it's been so severe that you can actually see white scars on her knees.
Foods with calcium I guess are good, but the best thing to do is eat a balanced, well rounded diet with all your basic nutrients. Sleep well, try not to let light come in your room while you sleep (in fact, for max. effect, cover your windows with black screen or similar), and exercise regularly, stuff like Basketball (jumpy! jumpy!), Tae kwon do (for those kicks they do), Capoeira (is that the right spelling? Anyways that uses a lot of leg exercises).
I'm not sure if you need to depend on growth medicines or such. It might be helpful, but you must not depend entirely on those.
Then again there is the whole subject on genes... For example if you're like a Masai you'll have little worry about being "short", and if you're like a Jap or a Pygmy (no offense to you guys! I'm just using "tall" and "short" as relative terms! Those number's don't lie! Sorry!), being "tall" is probably goign to be hard.
My answer isn't the best, but I can guarantee that good exercise, good sleep habits, and a balanced diet for your well-being will greatly contribute to growth.
Good luck!

There aren't any foods or dietary supplements that can make you taller. Top depends upon genetics and cannot be littered with any forms of supplements. The one time height is affected by diet is when a man or woman would not develop to full height as a result of malnutrition during childhood. Unluckily there may be nothing you can do to get taller however i will assure you that a guy's height just isn't a large deal to ladies.

There are no longer any meals or supplementations that could make you taller. height is set by employing genetics and could't be laid low with any varieties of supplementations. the only time height is laid low with nutrition plan is whilst a individual does not strengthen to finished height with the aid of malnutrition for the time of early existence. regrettably there's no longer something you're able to do to get taller yet i will assure you that a guy's height isn't a huge deal to women.

If you are still growing, calcium and Vitamin D (found mostly in milk)may help you reach your full growing potential. But for the most part, it's genetics and nature that determine your height, not food.
