Strip the meat from the neck after boiling the giblets. Chop all the giblets into fine pieces. Make gravy as usual. I like to add bullion to improve flavor.

you can use giblets for gravy put giblets in pan add bottle of red wine and leave for awhile on low heat,remember to remove giblets b4 serving nd to thicken then just add cornflour

You can use them all, just remember to remove them as they look pretty awful floating around in the gravy bowl (especially the turkey's neck)
