I would guess Lucifer because he is called The Prince of the Earth. He has free reign of earth. That is why we have pestilence and wars, and man kills in his behalf without them even knowing it. He is exhaustable, never rests because his days here are numbered. He also has great powers because he was once God's favorite angel in Heaven before his rebellion when a third of the angels were rejected from Heaven. God controls time. Time doesn't control God or Lucifer.
