Your turkey actually had innards!!! You mean it was a living breathing creature !!!! Wow, I always thought that turkeys were featherless carcasses that lived in plastic-wrapped styrofoam trays in the freezer cabinet of my supermarket.

There are two possible scenarios here, one is that you are joking and the other is that you are serious.
The serious answer is that they are the "giblets", neck, liver and crop from which gravy is to be made.
Feed them to the cat if you don't want them.
