I think that as it may be difficult to pronounce, it will lead to a higher likelihood that comments made by someone with this name will be forgotten faster or that credit for it will be forgotten. It may also reduce how seriously the comment is taken.
"That was a cool post... who wrote it?" "I dunno, some guy with a name I couldn't pronounce."
