I spend most of my life alone - and like it that way. Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas. Do not be too alone and try to get into the crowds and the pubs if you do not have family. Do not give over to the drink...
Volunteer to the homeless or to some orphan children to give yourself to others a bit. Make others feel bright and you wont be so alone. Try hard next year to make plans a vacation ship cruse. /O you can give in to dates a little more and find a mate for Christmas so you will not be alone. I got my family right now but when I am alone and single I hope to follow the advice I just gave you.

If you have been with family, attending stuffy long dinners and receiving presents you never really wanted for years, having Christmas to yourself is bliss. I look forward to my own Christmas some day but I don't think family will understand. I would buy myself really nice things, cook one hell of a meal and then do whatever I want. All etiquette out of the window. And it's so quiet where I live on Christmas.

Actually, lots of people live long, productive lives that spend Christmas sleeping all day or doing what they want with their day off.

Well, I celebrate Christmas by myself too, and I love it. I was able to do things with no interruption, and I accomplished a lot of my pending works.

Christmas is what you make it and you have chosen your way. People often fear being alone at Christmas which is sad.
