I guess the basic difference between these 3 terms is the manner in which they were delivered to anyone.
Like Love Ya represents the closeness between the people. Like for Family
I Love You represents the feeling of love between lovers n It is strongest term in all the 3.
But ILU i think is just a formality not a real love between the Love Birds Coz 4 them the love is not so important.

YES their is a HUGE difference in my opinion love Ya is something you'd say to a friend before hanging up the phone I love you means just that that someone loves you ilu i thinkis just saying love ya something short and sweet w/o true meaning

love ya is when expressing your heart of gratitude to someone whom you appreciate (e.g. friends etc)

i love you, to the one you truly love of course

ilu seems for flirts or IM-ers

If your asking please please don't use the word LOVE at all!
Learn what it is don't ask. There are many types of love MOM, DAD, BROTHER, FRIEND, COUSIN, COMPANION etc...

Point being if you have to ask then watch your family very carefully or learn the meaning.
