You can go swimming - It feels good and you end up looking good!!! I heard it's one of the best excersies - if that's what you want to call it - around. Enjoy and you'll look great!!

You widen your idea of what sport is. Maybe you hate team sports but like walking, or running. Maybe you like rockclimbing or dancing to music at home or Rock climbing or Gardening. THere are any number of things that can get your heart rate up that aren't necessarily classed as Sports. Just give a thought to what things you enjoy that involve movement. House painting or redecorating a room is pretty tiring to, Cooking can be exhausting or being a kitchen hand if you don't overcompensate with the food.

Install a virtual gate in my mouth in order to stop ingesting too much solid food.
I will eat only 2 dates and litle feta cheese and one piece of pita bread.in whole day for 3 months with dark Tea sweeten with honey.
And walk one hour in the morning and one hour in the after noon.For break fast I will only have a Strong cup of green Tea with which I will be able to suppress completely down my appetite
-For snack I will have yougort with some cayenne peper. Apple cidder vinigar and a litle Garlic.
-Don,t watch tv for 3 months.
Drink a lot of lemonade (home made with lime and lemon).
-Drink water

If you don't have the money to approach a cosmetic doctor, the best way to get the fat off is to walk and drink plenty of water. Also keep your bowls clean-it mean you will go to the bathroom a lot, but you'll be depositing a lot of chemical out of you. The important factors that also involve is stay away from T.V. It causes people to want to eat specially when it advertises food. 1. Pray 2.Once prayer granted, give thanks to God. 3.When you get depress, never, ever, resort to food, because sometimes God don't give a second chance.

Being fat has nothing to do with not being good at sports. Have you seen some linebackers? They're huge. Pick the one sport that you like the most and study and practice it faithfully.

CHANGE WHAT YOU EAT AND KEEP EATING try swmming easy on the joints you can stay afloat with a flotation device i had a synthetic foam tube that worked ultra light swim swim swim Isaw a mentally challenged little girl swimming it really motivated me.
