Firstly, there is only one God in Christianity - John 17:3 Secondly, Islam also has a "bunch of laws". Thirdly, the Old Testament law (or Mosaic Law), was designed to teach people about the future atonement/sacrifice of Christ, a "schoolmaster" to bring them to Christ. The Old Testament sacrifices never of themselves forgave sin. Forgiveness of sin has only ever been through Jesus Christ. Fourth, the Mosaic Law was not destroyed, but fulfilled, and Jesus [was] made a surety of a better testament. Fifth, Christ stated that the law consisted of two main points: love God and love your neighbour. Even in the Christian Gospel, this is still pertinent.

Let me first go into a bit of History. Mohammad was a Quraishi, who had become a worshipper at the Temple of the Moon God Hubal - the Ka'aba. The Principal dieties there were Hubal, aka al Lah, and his daughters al Lat, al Uzza and Mannat. The Al-Hajarul Aswad, aka the Ka'aba Stone was a meteoric rock that people of that region, Mecca, had taken for a Sign from the Heavens and incorporated in their worship there.

Now, you might notice that [a] al Lah became Allah, so that, essentially, Mohammad could continue worshipping his Moon God. [b] That the Al-Hajarul Aswad is still in the Ka'aba and all Moslems have to kiss it in reverence, hence perpetuating Mohammads earlier pagan faith. [c] The Qiblah, or direction of the prayers originally used to be in the Jewish tradition of the Quraishis - Jerusalem! [Yes, people are shocked to learn that Mohammad or Hammad or Hamid, was actually a Jew who had gone astray and joined the Moon God cult] Mohammad changed the direction towards the Ka'aba, hence, bolstering his faithfullness to his Moon God.

Moslems love to say that Mohammad himself destroyed all the statues inside the Ka'aba and that Abraham built it, which is a story the Quraishis created before Mohammad, in an efforet to remove the Temple and convert it into a synagogue. Fact is the Temple of Hubal, the Ka'aba was not at all ancient and Mohammad didn't destroy anything inside it.

In 61 Hijri (681 AD), the Omayyad Caliph Yazid Ibne Moawiya sent a large contingent under the command of Haseen Ibne Namir to Madina to destroy the Mosque of the Prophet.They did not stop there but proceeded to Mecca and demolished the four walls of the Kaaba and killed thousands of Muslims who protested. Yazid died and Ibne Namir returned to Damascus,

Abdullah Ibne Zubayr and his associates rebuilt the Kaaba. Umawi forces came back to Mecca and killed Abdullah Ibne Zubayr, hung his body on the gates of the Kaaba for three months for all to see the Umawi power. But eventually this arrogance of power brought its own consequences and Mukhtar became the ruler in Iraq. Under his guidance the Kaaba was refurbished and pilgrims began to arrive in safety to perform Hajj.

The Kaaba successfully withstood the Cremation invasion of 317/929, only the Blackstone - Al-Hajarul Aswad was carried away which was returned some twenty years later. In the year 1981 the Wahabis brought tanks inside the Kaaba to crush the Kahtani revolution against the Saudi regime and almost demolished the South Eastern Wall. This was later restored with the help of the people of Mecca.

The first thing that one should know and clearly understand about Islam is what the word Islam itself means. The religion of Islam is not named after a person, or a place, a tribe, a mountain or a river. Nor is the name just another –ism among the many that exist in the world today. The Arabic word Islam means the submission or surrender of one's will to the only true god worthy of worship, Allah (God in Arabic). A Muslim is the one who submits or surrenders his will to Allah. Hence, it was not a new religion brought by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Arabia in the seventh century, but only the true religion of God re-expressed in its final form.

1) Belief in God – Islam lays a very important stress on Belief in One and Only incomparable God. In Islam monotheism in not restricted only to words. Islam is a pure monotheistic religion. As Encyclopedia Britannica puts it “No religion has interpreted monotheism in a more consequential and literal way than Islam”. God has no son, partners, human forms and none has the right to be worshipped but Him alone.

2) Belief in Angels – Muslims believe in Angels. The angels worship God alone, obey Him, and act only on his commands. Among the angels are Gabriel and Michael.

3) Belief in His revealed Books – God has revealed books to his messengers as proof and guidance to mankind. Some of the Books revealed are Taurat, Zaboor(PSALMS), Injeel(Gospel) and The Quran. The Quran is the last and final revelation of God revealed to Prophet Muhammed (pbuh).

4) Belief in His Messengers – Muslims believe in prophets and messengers of God. Muslims believe in Prophets like Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses and Jesus (peace and blessings be upon them all). The last and final messenger was prophet Muhammed (pbuh) who came as an reconfirmation of the eternal message. Prophets were human beings with no divine qualities, nor do Muslims worship Prophets.

5) Belief in the Day of Judgment – Belief in the day of Judgment where all the people will be resurrected for God’s judgment according their beliefs and deeds in this world.

6) Belief in Al-Qadar – Belief in Divine Pre Destination, i.e. God knows everything, He knows what will happen and what happened. Whatever God wills to happen will come to pass and whatever he does not will to happen will not come to pass.

The names you mentioned, and that you claim are in the Qur'an are mentioned in Surat Noah... and it only mentions how the disbelievers were so blind with hatred to the new religion that they were always repeating to each other not to leave THEIR gods.

The whole verse says this

[71.23] And they say: By no means leave your gods, nor leave Wadd, nor Suwa; nor Yaghus, and Yauq and Nasr.

That is the full verse, and those are the words of the non-believers, not Muhammad.
