drinking alot of water just cause u fell full . but the best way to losing weight is doing some exercises and follow a diet that has less carbohydrate and fat. but u need to eat every things not just a scpatioall things .

Water don't helps you to lose weight. It helps you to clear toxins in your body. Drinking one big cup of water in the morning(before brushing your teeth) is super good for you. Cos, u take advantage where your stomach has a lot of toxins. Once the toxins are cleared, you will be healthier!

theres some programme in yoga
called as dhavti which is excessive drinking of water and cleaning your stomach which should be done everday and you use ur weight
actually water washes all the fats and undisolved hydrocarbons derivatives.

makes you full if you drink alot, flushes you out so your system is cleansed. i dunno...they say 8-10 glasses a day tho.
