Each day we don't know what is already been planned, and sometimes its hurt when we set our minds do to things the way we want, but then become very disappointed because it doesn't happen the way we wish or even prayed for. Setting a goal in life or daily lives is nice, but keep some factors in mind. In order to see our goals comes to life we have interact with people. It is mostly the interaction with people that alters your goal. If you are a Christian, you must remember what Christ said to his father. "If its not my will, but yours... The very best thing you can actually do about the uncertainties of your life is to see someone elses goal is fulfill. It will give you more pleasure than anything in this world have to (try) offer.

Here's just a sampling of mine. It really does work...

When you walk, just walk. When you eat, just eat.

Praise and blame, gain and loss, pleasure and sorrow come and go like the wind. To be happy, rest like a great tree in the midst of them.

Let yourself be open and life will be easier. A spoon of salt in a glass makes the water undrinkable. A spoon of salt in a lake is unnoticed.

A day spent judging another is a painful day. A day spent judging yourself is a painful day.

You will find your purpose and your strength when you see that you are in a relationship with all other living things; and that you are powerful, purposeful, and peaceful when you serve in some capacity.

Rejoice and celebrate each time your heart is broken. Only when your heart is broken can the light enter. Not until you have felt the pain of suffering can you know how others suffer. This is where you learn empathy. This is when others can look into your eyes and see texture, wisdom, compassion, and refinement. After the experience of a broken heart you become more attractive to the world.

I approach every single situation with a positive attitude that I will use the maximum amount of my skills and knowledge to do my best at whatever it is I am doing. If that is not enough, I willingly ask for help then give it my best shot, if I don't do well the first time, I keep trying, each time trying to do better than the last. when all else fails and I get into a pickle, I never, never doubt that I will find a way out of the situation.

Set realistic, but interesting and challenging goals. Focus on them.Share your interests with others, even though you know you will be continually interrupted by life's daily hassles. And even though you know we are all headed inexorably toward oblivion.

Your other option is to become a vegetable for eternity, starting immediately.

If no one is shooting at you, the police don't want you, everything is fine and I remember NONE of us get out of life alive and in 100 years none of what's happening to you now will matter at all.
