The very name of Muhammad means "most praised." From Adam to Jesus, all the Prophets knew about the coming of the Last Messenger and were involved in the covenant of the prophets:

"Behold! GOD took the covenant of the prophets, saying: "I give you a Book and Wisdom; then comes to you a messenger, confirming what is with you; do ye believe in him and render him help..." (Holy Quran, 3:81)

Muhammad is the best of all creation, and it is he whom the Almighty GOD declared to be a mercy for all creatures:

"We sent thee not, but as a Mercy for all creatures" (Holy Quran, 21:107)

Muslims respect all of the prophets. They are sinless and teachers of the pure monotheism that is the foundation of Islam.

No muslim is a muslim unless he believes in all of the past revelations.

For a muslim to be a muslim he has to believe in the message brought by Adam, Noah, David, Joseph, Moses, Jesus Christ etc...

But the fact, that Prophet Muhammed (Peace Be Upon Him) was the greatest of them all has many reasons.

1) He was given the complete Shariah.
2) he was not sent for a nation or a time. Infact he was sent to the whole mankind and till the day of judgement.
3) He had qualities and manners, which no other prophet had to perfection.

And as for you brother, recite the kalimah once again, how can you say that you hate to hear the praises on our prophet?

I agree that there are some muslims, who do nothing else other than saying the praises for our prophet. This is wrong. Real islam means to acquire and practice the sunnah of the prophet (peace Be Upon Him) and not just saying praises without any actions.

I hope you got me.

I'm a Muslim and when we talk about any other Prophet (pbu'them all) we should respect them as we do Mohammed (pbuh). Along with respecting Prophets we should also respect other religions, as anybody from whom follows a Book deserves the respect & tolorence.

Of course all prophets of Allaah deserve the same respect. If a Muslim denies any of the Prophets, then of course their iman is in question. Peace and blessings upon all Prophets and messengers of Allaah!
I don't think because a Muslim errs in mentioning peace upon a prophet, others will be turned away from Islam. If someone is to be guided to Islam, then know that it is guidance from Allaah. Only he guides whom he wishes to the deen. If one is to be misguided, then there is no one who can guide him.

I know this, we cannot turn anyone away or to Islam verily it is God who guides people the straight path by his will. So if we see disbeliever spewing what Satan had made fair-seeming to him, we should be happy that we are amongst the guided, and seek much repentance and protection from the fire.

even other prophet praise Muhammad (p) as we praise him.

Non-believer who is not sincere in learning the truth will always turn away from Islam no matter how beautiful u potray it to them.
