pamie, pamie...what you have is not a problem. It is a wonderful opportunity to bring someone to Christ. You could be the only Gospel this person ever gets. With that, let us first pray that you display all of the great qualities God has bestowed on you get you ready for this moment. Be confident that your prayer will be clearly answered (He promises his word will never return void.) Then arm yourself with your Bible. Study it first(all 4 New Testament Gospels John Luke Matthew...you get it.)
Then share your testimony about how you came to Christ. St Augustine said "Preach the Gospel at all times and if necessary, use words" One last bit..Pray, aim high, stay focused. And remember you are only to carry the message God will do the rest. Merry Christmas

One can't make someone who chooses to be blind, to see. Don't use forceful reasoning. Simply produce facts, if & when they are welcome. Be tactful, & patient. Accept that they may not choose to see fact for what it is. God himself only accepts voluntary worship ...

Don't let his arguments shake your faith or make you wonder if he might be right after all—for he isn't. Remember: The Bible tells us that "The fool says in his heart, 'There is no God' " (Psalm 14:1).
You see, the problem for most atheists isn't a lack of evidence for God's existence. In fact, the evidence is so overwhelming that anyone who honestly looks at it with an open mind will conclude that God must exist. As the Bible says, "Since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse" (Romans 1:20).
What, then, is the problem for most atheists? In my experience the problem is their will—that is, they don't want to believe in God. They know that if they admit God exists, then they can't go on living any way they want to but must humble themselves before Him. And that is something they refuse to do.
Pray for your friend; only God can change his heart and show him his need of God. In addition, submit your own life more fully to Christ, and ask Him to help you be an example to your cousin. No one can argue with a changed life! Also, ask your local Christian bookstore to recommend books that answer the questions he is raising.

Trying to prove god to atheist might not work. I think you can convince the person that you can look at the world through two different sets of eyes; through religion and through science. I think you can convince that atheist God's worth, but those conversations usually turns nasty and turns into really stupid personal attacks towards end. It's like you're a baseball umpire and you're trying to tell a football player that he is out after 3 strikes. He isn't going to get it.

Step 1. Learn how to write correctly, with decent grammar, spelling, and punctuation. I am not really that much of a writing freak but frankly it is hard to understand what you are saying.
Step 2. Stop trying to convince him or her. If you want to continue to believe in a god, then that conversation will probably not end well for you. The harder you look for a way to prove that a god exists, the more it will become clear that there isnt one. If you want a full list of every common argument plus why they fail, email me at JB.25aZn@gmail.com and I will be happy to provide it.
EDIT:
To N, yes children to ask that question when raised in places that do not indoctrinate them. I myself asked the question of someone when I was growing up, because I was never imbued with a belief in god. It is a sad thing that so many are taught at so young, when they do not have the mental capacity to defend themselves.

You can't.
By the way, I wouldn't use the Bible to try to prove your god. I used the Havamal, the Voluspa AND the Eddas to 'prove' my Gods and Goddesses are real and the person on the other side of the argument still stubbornly believes in only one God. All I managed to accomplish is to prove the existence of the Havamal, the Voluspa and the Eddas.

In my point of view, its a matter of logic !
For everything that exists is a reason that brought it to existence, but from where was the starting point,,,?!
The big question is what was before the starting point of this creation ? Their should be a starting point !
Lets put this assumption, lets say that there are two things, existence on one hand and nothingness- i.e nothing - on the other hand ( just assumption), How did existence over balance nothingness,,,? How come existence is presented....???
I don't think that any one would agree that existence came from nothingness , because logically it is wrong, and we have'nt seen such thing, i.e existence deriving from nothingness
Because in nature and the world and creation that surrounds us, there is a reason for the existence of any thing !
What was the reason or starting point of the existence of such creation !!
If you disagree what was before existence ?

You can't prove or disprove the existence of God. It just can't be proven. Sorry, it's a rule.
If you're one of those people who feel the need to "witness" your faith the best way is to live according to your principles. People will notice. Walking the walk is way more convincing than talking the talk.

How about doing something simple like this:
The moment you realize that God, too, is in this Atheist, you will act accordingly and your actions will be your proof.
Did Jesus say recite scripture to the man lying by the side of the road, or did he say respect and sustain him?

I don't think you can prove that God exists by only using logic and science. I believe that God exists, but it is because I feel in my heart a very strong sense of yearning to be devoted to God, and that sense of yearning finds fulfillment - and therefore, I feel that something called "God" must exist, to fulfill that sense.
This is experiential and personal. I cannot prove this or even really explain it to someone if they don't feel it themselves.
I don't criticize Atheists, because I believe they are just using their minds, which God gave them, and they are most often correct in their arguments, because truly, God cannot be proven by scientific means. I don't think that God would dare punish a person for not believing in Him, when He did not give strong scientific evidence of His existence.
I don't think God cares as much about whether you believe in Him or not, as he cares that you be a good person, and find fulfillment in life.
