We have seemingly inexhaustible resources of drinkable water from the polar caps and the oceans which may need only recycling ! Only if all the governments focus their attention to this area and on in-land transportaion of this nectar to reach the remote areas with the help of satellite imageries and chemical engineering !

Yes, except It's not recyclable. Cracking open the polar ice in large quantity, would alter our weather towards being hotter and dryer. We are now worried that if the glacier melts in the Himilaya, South east asia will be with out water a good part of the time. California has thought of tapping water from the artic region. We keep trying to bring Canadian water, but this water is from the river. We thought about building a new aquaduct, but other states like Washington refuse. We also thought of putting large quantities of water in Giant plastic bags and having tugboats bring it down. Fressh water floats on slat water, so its fesible.

There is nothing funny. Go to the desert without anything to dring, go to Africa and try to live like the poor people. If you survive you may come back with other ideas. Drinking water for everybody on earth is the most important question.

You're real Einstein there. Lot of developing nations lack infrastructures to deliever/provide goods. Look up infrastructure on dictionary. The US isn't the only country in the world. The world doesn't look like your home town. It's different out there.
