The format of the cell needs to be changed.
Change the format of the cell like this :
Click on
Format -> Cell -> General
In your case, I think the format of the cell has been set to Format -> Custom -> 0. This gives a 0 in the 16th place and onwards, even if a 1 has been entered.

In Standard Microsoft Excel , maximum Precision for a number is 15 , and then rest gets a round off , that's why you see any number which has more than 15 digit will be followed with zeros,
Well if you want to over come there are excel ad dins available.
Well , in most packages there is always a limit attached when it come to numbers unless its a very scientific package.

Well, this happens because of the decimal point calculations. If you are looking for more precision, use scientific notation. This can be done this way.
1. Right click on the cell of your interest and select 'Format Cell'
2. In format cell pop up window, under "Number" tab, Select 'Scientific' option & increase the number of decimal points as required for your calculations.
3. Click 'OK' button to save the changes made.
This should solve your issue.

looks like it made your data into binary data. Either find a way to convert the binary into a string or maybe you are opening up a file that shouldnt be opened up with excel.
