i have been getting these weird spots all over myself. at first they start off like boils and get red and swollen around then, then they dry up. i am in india so i think it might be a bug bite, but no bugs are around me. is this the chicken pox? if not, what is it?

You haven't mentioned itching so I would say no to chicken pox.
If they do itch, it may be chicken pox, do not scratch as they will leave scars. Second guess would be Roseola, a skin staff infection. In that case, you definitely need to seek a dr for antibiotics.
