I love my Girlfriend a lot , she loves me too. When our relationship started , she had told me about a guy who was attracted towards her. I know she loves me a lot , but the problem is that she sometime mentions about that guy in our conversation. i don't like this and I have told it about her. But she keeps doing it(not too often). Whats in her mind why she mentions about him even if I don't want to listen and she has no interest in him....

Am I correct in the assumption that she never said that she was attracted to him--that it was just the other way around? If that's the case, and she's only mentioning the guy because he's still in her circle of friends, it's probable that you have nothing to be jealous of.

In my experience, the quickest way to wreck a relationship is to be insecure, overly-possessive and jealous. If she truly loves you, the best way to keep the relationship vital is to show her attention and make her know that you love her too.

There are friends and acquaintances in your lives. Realize that they have a place there and that it needn't take anything away from what you two have together. Occasional pangs of jealousy may rear their ugly heads, but resist the urge to act upon them. All they can do is to drive a wedge between you.

You may have some of the same qualities that the other dude had. You should ask her about that.

Ask her why she keeps bringing him up.
