The highest bracket is almost 40%. This does not include State Tax which can reach upwards of 10% depending on where you live. Plus you pay sales tax on everything you buy on top of that. And God forbid you own property, you pay taxes on that. I mean I own my house free and clear but I'll never truly own it 100% because if I can't pay the taxes the government will take it. So, it's not about fair, it's about what's right. I don't think it's too much to ask the government to show a little compassion and actually stick to a decent budget. I don't mind taxes at all, they are necessary. I just don't like paying so much of my paycheck to wasters!

It would appear the Suffolk, NY has the second highest base salary, as well as the highest rookie beginning salary, while Nassau NY has the highest base salary, and the lowest rookie salary. In third place is San Jose CA. Highest base salary in 2005 was Nassau NY at $93,079.00. Highest rookie starting salary was Suffolk, NY at $49,634.00, while the lowest was Nassau NY at $23,000.00 for rookies.

I don't know but I think they all make to much for them to just stay at certian stores and flurt. And if you watch you will see them sitting at the same stores flirting.Start watching how many times you see a police car sitting at the same store.
