confidence and good eye contact can say a lot before you even speak. a simple honest how are you doing (with eyes and a smile) and feel the vibes you get off her. you'll know if it's there or not.

You could by introducing yourself... and begin with small talk about what she's doing right in the moment "whats that?"...etc. Then you can begin "picking her brain" ... "what do you do for a living?" and so on. Introducing you self should be fine. If she already knows you start with the small talk thing. Chances are she doesn't know too much about you either so giving you guys something concrete to talk about will be much easier.
There's always plan B:
You:
"Do you know how much a polar bear weighs?"
Her:
"No... how much?"
You:
"Enough to break the ice! I'm_____"

What is this acting school? Just be as you are and if she doesn't like you that is OK too. If you need to review who you are then go through the data. There is no set sequence of words that is going to show your true personality if they are written by somebody else. She may even like you more if you take some chances on yourself.
