plain milk is just that plain nothing added but with a milk shake something like ice cream is added to make it thicker and sweeter

Plain milk comes straight out of the carton and a milk shake is a treat made with plain milk and ice cream put into a blender.Have a great holiday.

The difference is one is shaken and not stirred like a martini. lol To make a milk shake, you get some shake mix powder I prefer banana, put some ice cream in in, and use a blender. The mix actually helps to thicken the milk. Check one of the big stores out to see if they have any milk shake mix.

milk shake is milk plus some sort of fruit or something mixed with milk and then according to tradition shaked in shaker...but now a days shaked in mixer grinder!
mmuummm nice to taste...and nice for diet!
