Skip the ab lounge, ab roller and all that other bs...get a Swiss ball if you want to have something you can work your entire core with, and incorporate it with free weights. The things are so simple, yet amazing, and usually only around $20...much cheaper than all those other 3 easy payments of $39.99 style pieces of equipment.

I bought an Ab Lounge about 3 months ago and it's the very first piece of exercise equipment I've ever bought. I have to say for people who have back problems, and can't do normal situps or crunches this is the machine for you. It takes a little longer to feel the "burn" since you aren't doing the work yourself on the floor. Alot of the work comes from your arms and legs. After about 30 reps you start to feel it in your abs and if you keep it up for a while and do it at least once a day you will see results.

One of the simplest and best equipment to use is a re-bounder (also known as a mini-trampoline). It can be purchased for under $50. There are others that are more deluxe that run around $250. It is excellent for your overall body, especially your lymphatic system, and empties the toxins out of them.

One-half hour on the re bounder is equal to an hour of walking.

Resistance straps are great for toning the muscles.
