Go to www.Adobe.com and click on the free 30-day trial of Photoshop. You can't download it for free - it's an expensive program. Also, if you're running on 256k, it'll run a bit slow, so your computer may seem to be bogged down when running it. If you have 512k, you should be fine. It'll run better with that.

Just go to www.download.com and check out their free software or go there and download a copy of limewire or bitcomet and download a cracked (illegal) copy of photoshop.
