Program name and location?

Does anyone know the name and location of a program that is capable of playing any file? It's program icon is a caution cone. If anyone knows anything about this please let me know where I can find this.

If it is a program and it is on your computer, then just do a search *.exe and it will show all programs make sure to check hidden files and folders.
