Alprazolam is the original drug Xanax was derived from. Xanax is an extended release form of alprazolam. They are basically the same thing.

I have taken alprazolam recently by prescription from a respectable hospital for anxiety and it did help me.

Yes i have taken the true xanax, and yes it did work. Now for youn you are proably taking a genric. I have found that some meds i can not get the level that i need from a genric. sometimes i have gotten no level at all. This you will have to dicuss with your druguest, and doctor to see if it is working the way it should be working for you. They may have to take it up, or even change what you are taking.
go see your doctor who gave this to you.......

Merry Christmas again.......

Actually, my dog had to take it, and it helped a little. It mostly seemed to make him drowsy. I personally have never tried it or needed to try it.
