Anyone out there know if you can adopt a foster child if you're disabled?

There is no reason you can't adopt being disabled never stopped anyone from doing anything. And you can do anything if you put your mind to it.

As long as your disability allows you to care for yourself, yes. I know a foster mom who is confined to a wheel chair and she has already adopted 1 child through foster care and has had other foster children in her home.

i wouldnt see why you couldnt. as long as you are able to care for the child in all the areas that are needed
