If you are not in Thailand at the moment, it would be hard to find a taxi card you are looking for. You won't even find it in the airport.

Pinnacle Hotel is located at Soi Ngam Duplee along Rama 4 Road. Most taxi driver know where it is. Just mention Malaysia Hotel (which is more familiar and located on the same road as Pinnacle).

If you are the adventurous type, just say PAI-SOY-NGAM-DOO-PLEE-NA-KHAP (means please go to Ngam Duplee Lane) and add KHLAI-KHLAI-HOTEN-MALESIA-NA-KHAP (near Malaysia Hotel). They will understand you, more or less. Pick the blue and red taxis, they usually have better command in English than the other coded taxis.

Your second choice is, at the airport. There is a queue for taxis (there's a surcharge of 50 Baht an NO, not the limousine service!), the taxi counter will ask you of your destination before letting you board the taxi. So, there is no need to speak to the driver. He will just drop you off wherever it is written on your taxi card.

If you have your phone, you can also call the hotel at 022870111 and have the person there tell the cab driver where to go. No need card, can go higher tech.
