Depends on your age, weight and physical conditon, you mention bloating, does this mean, sometimes you are more bloated than other times? If so the problem may be fluid retention. Again depens on your age weight and physical condition.

For a difinitive answer you need to give more information.

If you have no health risks that you know of, I would say Leg Lifts and sit ups are the most likely to define your abdominals.

But this presupposes no existing medical problems.

If you are over 40, do not start an exercise or radical diet routine without first consulting a Doctor.

The best way to lower the size of your stomach, is to do swimming. It is a very good exercise to keep your body in shape.
If not swimming, then try this exercise.

Lie down on a flat surface or a bed. Lift your leg as much as you can and rotate it clockwise and anticlockwise for about 10 times. Then repeat the same with another leg. Do it slowly and do not stress yourself too much. This way you will get rid of unwanted fat from your stomach.

Eat about 5 or 6 small meals per day instead of 3 large meals. This will allow your stomach to shrink. Eat healthy and take a multivitamin-mineral supplement to ensure that your body is functioning properly. Do a lot of cardio to burn up calories. Walking is good. A stationary bike is also good.

Seriously, live off of smoothies and rich fruit juices for about a week. Protein like fish or chicken is fine, but a week of nothing but juice and protein, and an occasional peice of bread will get that away super fast.

Cardiovacular workout first to get the blood and oxygen flowing. Then a series of crunches, not just up and down but side crunches too.

Avoid soda! It makes you really bloated. Try cutting it out for just a couple of days and see what a difference it is.

Try eating less portions at mealtimes, stop eating when you feel full, don't snack or pig out on junk food in between meals. Hope this helps..xD

You cant spot reduce fat. Situps will not burn fat. The only way to burn that fat is to fix your diet and do cardio.
