Im trying to extract files using winrar, but it says "no archives found"?

what do i do? it always says no archves found.

i know what im talking about. everytime i click any extract to, nothing works. it just says "no archived files found".

Is your WinRar version Unregistered?
Well, here's how you avoid buying it (*proud* Figured it out myself)
If you want to extract something without getting errors just rightclick and choose on of options:
Extract to...
Extract to temporarily folder
Extract to [file name here]

Try using free Winzip to extract the file. If it couldn't do it, your rar file is corrupted. You need to download it again and if the same thing happen agin,it mean that when the file was upload to the server it lost some data along the way, there's nothing you can do about that.

i think the rar file is corrupt. try checking winrar on some other rar file. (you can temp create rar file on your system). extract that temp file . if it is successfully extracted then winrar is ok. if it is not extracted then try re-intallinh win rar.
