What is an 'opened girl' btw. If you mean one who is not a virgin, then perhaps the difference may be tightness of vagina. You should know that hymen can get burst while playing or cycling too, so that should not be a criterion to label someone as 'virgin' or not.

The only true difference is that a virgin has never had sex, and the other gal has.
I thought about saying the difference is that the hymen is broken, but in all truth, that can happen prior to having sex.
