I have been mailing my recruit letters from an ADDRESS and PLATOON # that I received from his recruiter... When I received my 1st letter it was from a Different PLT #... Will he get the letters that I have written him????

That happenned with my hubby; it might take a while, but he'll get them. P.S. If you wanna chat, I've been with Hubby since bootcamp, through MOS, 2 years in Japan, and a deployment to Iraq... Semper Fi!!!

He should get the letters. Just start using his new platoon #. When I was in Navy boot camp people got my division number wrong all of the time. I still got my letters. But I have an unusual last name. If he is recruit smith you may have a problem.

If I have been you i could start up putting some money away for her for the time you would be away. you do no longer gets a commission as an E1 once you're in recruit training, you get recruit pay. This gets placed right into a Parris Island account and is probably no longer touched via absolutely everyone till you get out of recruit training. They situation you a debit card for the PX which you employ to purchase products once you're in recruit training (ie, what your Drill instructors inform you to purchase.) you besides mght could use this money to pay for uniform products once you're there. you will get what's left of your recruit pay deposited into your person account once you go away Parris Island. They usually find there way because you have to put the ssn for one thing and for the other there are only two places he could be if he is still in boot camp. san diego or perris island

yea they will get to him. they know how important getting mail from home is. he might have gotten shifted to another series so don't worry
