The thing is that she claims to have an online bf who she met in an online game and she ahs never seen him in person. Shes completely obssesed bout this kid in the U.S and shes rejected 3 guys along wit me for this guy as she claims to 'love' him. Anyways, ever since i told her shes been actin weird and shes also been ignorin me a lil bit. I was thinkin of tellin everyone that im over her so that things return to normal again. Does it sound like a good idea? coz i havent gotten over her yet, im just thinkin of lyin to set things straight again. Im in grade 12, shes in grade 11. We live in Canada by the way.

She did not understand him or his reasons and it totally ruined their relationship.

Try not to pressure your friend, if she needs her space then let her have it. These things can ruin friendships but they do not have to if they are handled right.
Try to find another lady who appreciates you, once your friend sees that you are with another woman you guys might be able to have a laugh over how awkward it was.
These things are not easy when you are in high school. Raging hormones can get the best of us..

I would just tell her that you like her and understand that she is in this "relationship" and that you don't want things to get weird. That you still want to be friends but will not bring this up again unless she wants too, just that you wanted to let her know how you feel.
