Different Wiccans will give you different answers. As a fellow Pagan, here is my opinion:
I believe in personal truth, meaning that if Mary believes that she will go to Heaven when she dies, she will go to Heaven when she dies; if Joe believes in reincarnation, he will be reincarnated; if Lucy doesn’t believe in an afterlife, than she will just cease to exist. As for me personally, I believe in reincarnation, and (eventually) Summerland. It is a paradise. Pretty much the same idea as the Abrahamic Heaven or the Buddhist Nirvana.
I also believe in ghosts as the spirits of animals (including humans) stuck in the plane of the living after their physical bodies die, and that you can become a ghost several different ways. If you believe you will become a ghost, than that’s a given; if you’re unsure of what will happen after you die, you will be stuck as ghost until you figure it out; if you do not fulfill at least one lesson or goal predetermined (by fate) for you to complete, you will be stuck as a ghost, incapable of moving on into the afterlife, until whatever is left incomplete is accomplished; if someone is unable to cope with your death, than their grasp on you will hold you back from moving on, as a ghost, until they find closure; or if you have some sort of personally set goal you wish to finish before leaving, you have the chance to do so as a ghost before moving on.
There is one common place that we all end up in, however. A pit stop, if you will. A place where souls, no matter what or who they were in their most recent previous life, have some time to just...be. Before they move on to their next life, or their final resting place (Heaven, Hell, Nirvana, Summerland, etc.), they can stay and have some time to relax, and maybe even meet up with some other souls they are familiar with before moving on to the next step.
I know that we have souls - it's just one of those feelings. Perhaps I can try to explain. If you take apart a watch, and separate every single piece, and then put it back together exactly how it was, it will run just like it did before (provided the battery still works). If you take apart a human being, and separate every single part, and then put it back together, it will never work again - ever. We are more than the sum of our parts. We can keep people "alive" on machines that can work to pump our heart, breathe for us, and even have tubes going to our stomach providing us nourishment. But if those machines stopped, the body would die. This is also true for animals AND plants - we all have some immaterial, intangible essence that gives us life. That is our soul. Every living thing has one.

Reincarnated. Every life teaches you what you need to learn until you become whole. Every life is a lesson and what you didn't get right in this go round you'll have a chance to get right in the next.

Everyone lives multiple lives. There is no hell. The bible is written for Christians to follow, but the bible says judge not lest ye be judged and with the measure you use it will be measured against you. They like to accuse non Christians of this, but they forget the bible is written for them to obey and not unbelievers. I saw several judge mental answers by supposed Christians. I hope they remember the judgment they use will be used against them.

most wiccans believe that we move on to the astral plane, or spirit realm, sidhe, whatever name you wish to call it, exist there for a while until all of our ties to the material plane have loosened, and then are reborn--nature is cyclical, nothing is ever created or destroyed

Even the most spiritual and tolerant people consider Wicca to be cultish, untrue, wacky, historically inaccurate and part of the occult.
