Typical arrogant Christian specimen.
God's will is strictly what you believe. How do you know? Do you know because you study scripture? Why isn't everyone on earth reading the Christian scriptures? If God does have a Will, it is that people worship him in thousands of different ways. Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindu, Native Americans, ancient Greeks and Romans with all of their gods. You cannot know in this lifetime. Ideally, everyone on earth would know God's Will exactly the same way.
But to make up for our disagreements, I'm spending part of this day reading through your answers.

God doesn't even know what he's doing half the time. He created humans and saw that his creation was good, and then later he resolved to destroy them, including all the animals; and Noah somehow changed his mind, and only killed 99% percent of everything by drowning. It took him awhile to figure out that he could do individual punishment on people, so for awhile he was doing group punishment.
Even as late as the time of the prophet Malachi, he was thinking about smiting the Earth with a curse.

God's will is that "all sorts of men should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth". -1 Timothy 2:4
People need to have accurate knowledge of God or his Word, the Bible, to worship him acceptably. Just believing in God or accepting Jesus as the Lord is not good enough.
This means, once you have that accurate knowledge of the Bible, you need to do what it tells you to do and share it with others so that they may come to that accurate knowledge also.
2 Timothy 2:23-25 says:
23Â Further, turn down foolish and ignorant questionings, knowing they produce fights. 24Â But a slave of the Lord does not need to fight, but needs to be gentle toward all, qualified to teach, keeping himself restrained under evil, 25Â instructing with mildness those not favorably disposed; as perhaps God may give them repentance leading to AN ACCURATE KNOWLEDGE OF TRUTH, 26Â and they may come back to their proper senses out from the snare of the Devil, seeing that they have been caught alive by him for the will of that one.

That all mankind become members of the One True Church He founded for them, and through that Church come to know Him, accept Him as Lord, and receive eternal life.

God's Will? Is that like, who he leaves the earth to in case something happens? And who will take care of his children and all that?

Laylo Q, I suggest you read my answer to one of your previous questions and get off your soapbox. This is Yahoo! Answers, not Yahoo! Pulpit.
You do not know what your God's Will is... you read it in your Bible and now you BELIEVE you know.
...by the way, your god's Will is to own a Wii.
And he has it.
And he sees that it is good.
