you are never seperated from god, when you chooose him, he has already chose you, take heart, you are never alone!!!

God is with you all of the time. It is still possible for the devil to sneak in and see if he can nail you doing something you are not supposed to be doing, and tempt you to eithere keep doing it, or lure you into doing something else. He can also slip into your dreams which usually are termed nightmares while he is present in them, but it is still a chance for him to get to you, so he does try whatever it takes, however God is always with you and can protect you from the devil and his bag of tricks if you will allow him to do so. I pray for God to keep evil away from me while I am sleeping so that I mite get a good, peaceful, night's sleep.

Fascinating question. It reminds me of something C.S. Lewis wrote in The Screwtape Letters. He was discussing the inability of a creature of pure spirit to _sleep_. Something so simple to us could be quite amazing to an angel or a demon- or a god.

God is of the light and Satan of the dark. I believe that Satan can get into our minds while we are sleeping because our defenses are down. That's how cowardly Satan is. He comes when we are at our weakest points, mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and definitely spiritually
