I was stopped by a couple about 40 years old carrying tons of groceries and was asked for some change for the phone. I gave it to them and this is gross but when I noticed that man talking, there was some green stuff at the sides of his lips, thick and not so bubbly. Both of them looked like they were not too healthy anyway.
What could have been that man's condition?

not necesarily a medical condition, likely just something he had recently eaten. If he has a bacterial infection, the only thing that would be green at all he would have had a horrid smell.

He probably had the rare condition "notfromkentuckyitis" It's a rare condition that attacks people in the age range of 42-47. So, you were correct in the age. This grows worse the farther away from Ky you get. The only thing to stop it, is to wear a UK charm around your neck.
