I'm pretty sure not, but what I'm sure is that the heavy use of those "carbonated cough syrup" drinks, in conjunction with a sedentary lifestyle, is a very good way to develop your own homemade type 2 diabetes.

P.S. : All canned drinks contain a chemical called bisphenol to help in their conservation. The companies have NOT proven that this chemical is harmless. So, for all I know, it could be causing some cancer cases.

no! people will say anything gives you cancer....water, sodas, cough drops, redbull, tea, diet drinks.....trust me if anyone in this world knew what really caused cancer they would be a rich man.....if we did know, why would people still be getting it....dont believe anything u hear until it is clinically proven....keep drinking what ever makes you content and dont worry about getting cancer...its all fake...

If it was a proven fact that it did it wouldn't be on the market, or at least wouldn't be sold to people under 18 (like with cigs, want cancer? Gotta be 18 to get it. LOL)

I've never heard of anything, but its possible everything causes cancer nowadays.

What in the world are you asking? The ole saying is always true: "Believe half of what you see and NOTHING that you read." These days it has changed: "Believe Nothing". I am not a pessimist of an conspiracy theorist,by the way.
