when i push on that spot it hurts and about 3 to 5 times a month it will feel like i pulled my back out but i do not lift anything heavy enough to pull it out so can anyone help me on what it may be on my lower back?

Better get that checked out by a doctor. Go to a free clinic if you have to. Sounds like a cyst or something. Chronic-*anything* should be checked out by a doctor. Good luck.

could be a swollen gland or pinched muscle, the spine may be out of alignment a bit causing a pulling on one side that will make the muscle there bulge. The doctor needs to check it out when it is bothering you to see what it is.

One, see a doctor.

Two, chronic pain means that it never, ever goes away. EVER!!!! Acute pain has meaning. It's a warning from your body that something is wrong. But chronic pain never goes away and it has no meaning.

You should see a doc as it could be a kidney stone or kidney cyst

its probably a really bad knot that has started pinching nerves...you may need to go to a neurologist
