i am looking for any recipes that have whiskey flavoring

Highland Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 tsp butter
8 fluid ounces milk
1 pound grated Scottish or mature cheddar cheese
3 tsp cornflour
4 Tbsp whiskey
Cubes of rye and onion bread for dippers


Instructions
Put onion and butter into a saucepan and cook over a gentle heat until soft. Add milk and heat until bubbling. Gradually stir in cheese and continue to cook until melted, stirring frequently. In a small bowl, blend cornflour smoothly with whiskey Stir whiskey mixture into cheese mixture and cook 2 to 3 minutes until thickened, stirring frequently. Pour into the fondue pot and serve with cubes of rye and onion bread.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings

Bourbon/Whiskey Balls

1 box crushed Vanilla Wafers (not powdered)
1.5 c chopped pecans
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/8 c instant espresso/coffee
1 c powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c bourbon/whiskey
3 Tb light corn syrup

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. Add all wet ingredients. Stir.

Form into balls (1 Tb each) and roll in powdered sugar or pecans.

If you can resist, try not to eat for at least 3 days. These only get better with age!

try any Christmas fruit cake, either make it yourself or buy one at the store and soak it in whiskey orrum for a few days it's really great.
