This a weird teaching circulating in some non-denominational churches.
I do not believe that there is life on any other planet but earth!

I believe there is life on other planets. I don't think that we are so special that GOD only decided to put creatures on one planet. The people/creatures on the other planets just don't want to be found.

Is it possible that God created other worlds that have intelligent life on them? Yes, it is. Anything is possible with God.
But is there any evidence, even the slightest, that He did? Not at all.
And no, the TV show "Roswell" and all the cover-up "theories" on the Internet don't count as "evidence."
