You get that done at a spa. A doctor can give you an enema to clean you out but it's not the same as the colonics they do in spas.

Hydra - colon therapy in WA state can be done by a person certified to do them. Mine is done by a massage therapist that has state of the art equipment. This reduces the chance of getting infections.

Retained debris in the colon leads to the absorption of toxins, resulting in systemic intoxication (poisoning). Symptoms of this condition can include mental confusion, depression, irritability, fatigue, gastrointestinal irregularities, and event allergic reactions such as hives, sneezing, and coughing. Many nutritionists and researchers believe that this toxicity can eventually lead to more serious disorders. Colon cleansing can rid the colon of debris and help prevent and treat a variety of health problems.

Dr. Richard Schultze has an excellent colon cleansing program. One can also use Yerba Prima Great Plains bentonite detox from the Health Food store to do an excellent cleansing of the colon. Using all of the above will help be sure of a good cleansing.

A clean colon leads to less illness and great health!

Doctors do not do colonics. Some surgeons will order them as a prep to bowel surgery, but it is either a nurse or aide that performs to procedure. Colonics are also used as an Alternative Medicine therapy, these are performed by homeopathic practitioners not doctors, and lots of them do not do the procedure right and cause more problems than help.
